PLASTIC FANTASTIC
ENZO & OLIVER

ENZO

Enzo co-owns Plastic Fantastic, one of the UK's leading dance music record stores, as well as running the highly respected label of the same name (and it's associated labels - Plastica & Plastica Red). In addition to this, Enzo finds time to produce his own tracks (and remix other people's) under his Charris, and DEA monikers.

He is also a well respected DJ with 10 years of experience, having played at all the leading clubs in the UK, and many of those in Europe, in his never ending quest to spread the Plastic Fantastic ethos far and wide. He has held residencies at such fabled nights as Seb Fontaine's Malibu Stacey at the Hanover Grand, Ministry Of Sound, Velvet Underground, Club UK, Limelight, Future Perfect, Absolution, The Rocket, Milk Bar, Zap. Escape, and The Gardening Club.
Unsurprisingly, Enzo is also continually in demand as a guest DJ, and has graced the decks at John Digweed's Bedrock, The Gallery, Whoop It Up, The Mezzanine, The Cross, Milk 'n' 2 Sugars, The Academy, and The Honey Club. During the summer months he regularly plays in Ibiza (Cream @ Amnesia), and often travels to play in Malta (Axis), Cyprus, France, Spain, and Greece (+Soda in Athens). He had the honour of headlining Sweet 2000 in Vancouver, Canada, on New Years Eve, and Miami WMC 1999. His main residency throughout 2001 is at Seb Fontaine's excellent 'Type' night in London.

His ever increasing hectic schedule this year will see him headlining the first Plastic Fantastic USA Tour, playing at Love Parade in Newcastle, the Perfecto night at Pacha (Ibiza), Home in Budapest, +Soda in Athens (along with such luminaries as Nick Warren, Anthony Pappa, Danny Howells, John Digweed, and Cass), and Hooj Choons' Elements night in London.

OLIVER  MacGregor

Oliver started working in clubland during 1993, running the doors and picking the crowd at such legendary London clubs as Raw, The Cross, The Gardening Club, and Gass. In 1996 Oliver joined the world renowned Plastic Fantastic record shop, and in the five years since then he has become one of their main buyers, gaining much respect from many of the leading DJs in the UK, for providing them with their most exclusive quality tunes each week.

1997 saw Oliver venture into the world of high-profile Djing, playing at such clubs as Ministry Of Sound, Velvet Underground, and Club For Life. As his sound and style developed he began playing to more progressive dancefloors, with gigs at John Digweed's "Bedrock" night, Steve Lawler's "Deep South" @ Home, Velvet Rooms, and most recently a monthly residency at Seb Fontaine's "Type" @ The Cross.

All Oliver's dedication and hard work is starting to pay off, and 2001 is already proving to be a very fruitful year for him. With a one hour radio mix on the John Digweed show for Kiss FM, under his belt, he is currently making regular visits to Eastern European countries, including Hungary and Yugoslavia - playing alongside Nick Warren, Steve Lawler, Danny Howells, and Hungary's finest DJ Kuhl. The best way to describe Oliver's Djing style is deep, dark and funky, with a healthy dose of sleaze.
In addition to all his Djing, Oliver has been very busy in the studio, recording as "Menace". So far he has recorded three singles, and completed a handful of remixes, which have been heavily supported by DJs such as Danny Tenaglia, John Digweed, and Steve Lawler. The future is looking good.
